Thanks to our production possibilities, we meet the special product requests of our customers. We generate hybrid solutions by means of laminating different featured products together or using the materials that our customer delivered us which are not in our product portfolio. We bring to life the design of our customers in ideal manufacturing conditions.

Lamination:

• Pasting polyethylene form materials in different or same characteristic (size, density, color, etc.) on each other with a special process (without using adhesive chemicals)
• Covering fabric, metallize, decorative film, paper etc. on polyethylene foam material
• Bringing together different polymer-based material as layers to form a composite structure

Adhesive tape application:

• Apply double-sided tape on one side or on double depending on customer demand
• Slicing in width on demand (Min. 3 cm)

Dimensioning:

• Cutting width and height depending on customer demand
• Packaging the cut products as plates

PE Tube production:

• Tube production in asked thickness, diameter and size

Designing and perforation:

• Design on PE foam pattern
• In water/liquid drainage asked practices, perforation (drilling frequently)
